今天,2019佛山公开赛文化与产业交流会继续在广粤国际交流中心举行,今日论坛主题围绕着吐故纳新--高标准草坪养护技术展开,群英荟萃,激荡思想,众多行业专家和精英分别结合自身经验以及对行业的观察,从各方面进行了分析和解读,分享交流球场草坪养护、管理经验和可持续发展理念,思想交锋,碰撞出更多新灵感、新思路,让人耳目一新。


Foshan Open Culture and Industry Symposium kept its exciting speeches at Canton International House today. The theme focused on golf course maintenance attracted lots of professionals and elites in this area to join and share their ideas and experience in aspects of course maintenance, management and sustainable development. The discussions and communication resulted in many new ideas awaiting for practice.

佛山高尔夫球会资源草坪总监王明刚先生和工商管理学博士、美国俱乐部经理人协会中国分会主席戴耀宗先生先后致辞,拉开了今天主题活动的序幕。佛山高尔夫球会对绿色环保可持续发展理念以及GEO标准的坚持,让它在业内获得盛誉,GEO为球会运营管理的推动功不可没。GEO执行董事Jonathan Smith先生对GEO认证做了简单介绍后,为8家新加入OnCourse计划的球会颁发证书,同时为四家GEO认证球会举行了授旗仪式。他说:“可持续发展理念不仅能够为中国高尔夫球场的形象加分,提升高尔夫行业的影响力,还能为球场运营节省成本,降低维护成本与投入。希望为中国高尔夫的未来尽一份力。”


The welcome speeches by the Superintendent of Foshan Golf Club Mr. Minggang Wang and the Chairman of CMAA China Region Dr. Aylwin Tai opened today’s symposium.

The consistent contribution from Foshan Golf Club in environmental protection and sustainable development has made the Club achieve the reputation, and GEO is the key for its success of operation improvement. Executive Member of the Board in GEO, Mr Jonathan Smith introduced the GEO certification program, then he presented the certificates to 8 golf clubs who lately joined the OnCourse program and 4 golf clubs the GEO certification. He said the sustainability concept would not only reshape the image of golf clubs in China but also increase the influence of golf industry in addition to reducing the operation cost and investment for the golf courses. He hoped the GEO program would help the future of golf in China.

《可持续发展经济导刊》社长兼主编于志宏先生就主题“可持续发展价值和实现路径”发表了见解,并呼吁高尔夫人共同努力推动行业发展,引起了众多嘉宾共鸣。他认为:高尔夫可通过“四有——有心、有人、有行、有言”路径实现可持续性管理,不断学习借鉴其他体育产业的成功经验,做实高尔夫可持续发展的实践,讲好高尔夫可持续发展故事。


President and Chief Editor of China sustainability Tribune, Mr. Zhihong Yu expressed his opinions in “Values and Ways of Sustainable Development” and called for all people in the industry to push forward on its development, which gained a great resonate from audiences. His thinking was that golf would reach the sustainable management by those people with heart, actions and commitments. Through learning from successful models of other sports, the sustainability in golf would become reality with consistent practices and learning.

北京康多尔高尔夫球场设计公司球场设计师、GEO OnCourse中国咨询委员会理事卢军先生结合自身经验,以“草坪管理如何与GEO结合并提升经济效益”为切入点,进行了专业解读和分析,提出通过量化指标管理、数据管理提升效益的思路。他特别提出:应该改变灌溉理念、不追求碧绿而是追求黄绿色,这样不仅降低管理成本,而且让草坪长得更健壮。卢军先生的积极探索和干货分享,让不少嘉宾频频点头表示认可。


Mr. Jun Lu, Golf Course Designer and Member of China Advisory Committee of GEO OnCourse presented his professional analysis in the theme of “Economic Impacts on GEO & Course Management”. Combining with experience he had, Mr. Lu raised the ideas of efficiency improvement by KPI management and database control. He especially remarked that the irrigation goal shall be changed from pursuing green to healthy yellowish green which it could save the cost and keep the turf better. The active exploration and practical information Mr. Lu shared won many agreements from the crowd.
